UROKO CAFE

We were hired by Uroko Cafe to construct their establishment and bring it to fruition. As the main contractor, Via Segovia Construction was responsible for managing and participating in various tasks such as framing, electrical work, plumbing, and overseeing all necessary inspections. Thanks to our expertise and dedication, the project was completed successfully, meeting all requirements and exceeding the client's expectations. We take pride in our ability to deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure that every detail is meticulously taken care of. Uroko Cafe now stands as a vibrant and inviting space, ready to welcome customers and provide them with a delightful dining experience.

OOMASA RESTAURANT

OOMASA restaurant approached us to assist in renovating their sushi bar to create a visually appealing ambiance. The picture displayed below exemplifies the fruitful outcome of our project. It was an immense privilege for us to work in a renowned establishment like OOMASA, situated in a prominent location.

AURORA DAY SPA

We were given the responsibility to transform an uninhabited office area into a luxurious day spa spanning two floors. With the guidance of the owners who acted as the designer and utilizing our own expertise, we successfully breathed life into this space. The result is a stunning oasis where clients can escape the stresses of daily life and indulge in ultimate relaxation. From the moment you step through the doors, you are greeted by a serene ambiance, thoughtfully curated décor, and an array of exquisite treatments and services. We are proud to have created a space that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our clients, providing them with a truly unforgettable spa experience.

With our expertise in design and our creative vision, we were able to renovate the site in a way that perfectly complemented the Architecture. Although the project was quite complex, we managed to navigate through the challenges and in the end, it turned out to be a truly exceptional experience with breathtaking views. Our innovative approach allowed us to create something truly unique and memorable, captivating the essence of the original structure while adding a modern twist. The result is a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary design, offering visitors a one-of-a-kind journey. We are proud to have been a part of this remarkable project, showcasing our dedication to delivering outstanding results that surpass expectations.

LA LOMA

The Farmhouse

As the landscape designer for this project, my objective was to design a landscape that not only showcased the beauty of Napa Valley but also served a functional purpose. The result was a stunning landscape that combined both aesthetics and functionality. One of the standout features of the design was the contemporary courtyard, which featured magnificent 100-year-old olive trees. These trees added a sculptural element to the landscape, creating a sense of timelessness. Additionally, a vineyard was incorporated into the design, paying homage to the region's renowned wine industry. To fully capitalize on the breathtaking views, a lookout area was strategically placed, allowing the client to soak in the incredible scenery. The end result was an instant success, leaving the client immensely satisfied with the transformation of their outdoor space.

Northridge Residence

As the prime contractor for this residence, our responsibility was to give a complete makeover to the existing house. This involved a significant renovation, including revamping the exterior façade, constructing a cabana in the backyard from scratch, and carrying out moderate landscaping work.
